In 2018 we launched our Cellar Series, a line of wines made from small lots and available only at the winery. In the 5+ years that we’ve been doing it, the most popular wines we’ve produced have our whiskey barrel aged wines and our shipping container aged Swashbuckler wines. And because we’re a Kansas winery and experimentation is kind of our thing, we’ve combined the two! Three different white grapes (Muscat, Seyval, and Vidal) were aged in whiskey barrels, which were then put in a shipping container to cook through the Kansas Summer, resulting in our first ever Whiskey to Whitebeard!
